These are not to be confused with the daily side quests for beginning an expedition.
A total of ten of these (ten days) must be done on the same character.
They will have a unique name and offer very simple quests typically requiring a photo nearby, a repair, dialogue, or retrieval of an item. Update ( ): Upon entering the Whitespring Refuge there will be one random miscellaneous quest giver each day (reset time is 18:00 UTC). The only thing I will say about Shelters so far is this: I wish the inventory would have been made separate for the storage of items. If this is the case then the first possible obtainable day will be on the 23rd September provided you've completed one miscellaneous quest since the release of Season 10. I believe therefore that this may actually refer to the miscellaneous quests given daily by random NPC's inside the Whitespring Refuge.
I assumed this would refer to the three daily missions given by the Responders to charge the batteries for an expedition however, I have now exceeded 10 of these missions as of today and no unlock. At the time of writing ( 16/09/22) this achievement has a 0.01% Xbox percentage unlock and 0% on TA, Steam and Playstation.
